Pilihan tepat untuk invest in Silver, Alhamdulillah. Inilah dana simpanan penulis untuk pengajian anak-anak. Ianya lambat tapi pasti (sebab penulis tak ada masa untuk monitor, simpan sahaja untuk merasa bayar zakat. Now its time to let go sikit and lepas ini  tak perlu bayar zakat perak lagi unless of course penulis tangan gatal nak beli jongkong perak lagi) but the experience gained is really worth it.

Nota: kiraan dibawah ini sedikit conservatif kerana mengambil harga purata, harga perak sekarang hovering around USD30-31.

Best Performer:

Gold, while also appreciating significantly, has slightly lagged behind silver in terms of percentage growth from 2016 onwards.

Ubai bin Kaab meriwayatkan, “Wahai Rasulullah, sesungguhnya aku ingin membanyakkan berselawat kepadamu. Daripada itu, berapa banyakkah dari doaku perlu aku jadikan untuk berselawat kepadamu?” 

Rasulullah menjawab, “Terserah kepadamu.” Aku pun berkata, “Adakah satu perempat darinya?” 

Rasulullah menjawab, “Terserah kepadamu, tetapi sekiranya kamu menambah, itu lebih baik bagimu.” Aku berkata, “Adakah separuh daripadanya?” 

Rasulullah menjawab, “Terserah kepadamu, tetapi sekiranya kamu menambah, itu lebih baik bagimu. Aku berkata, “Adakah dua pertiga?” 

Rasulullah menjawab, “Terserah kepadamu, tetapi sekiranya kamu menambah, itu lebih baik bagimu.” 

Aku pun berkata, “Aku jadikan semua doaku untukmu.” 

Baginda bersabda: “Sekiranya begitu, akan dicukupkan semua keinginanmu dan diampuni semua dosamu.”

Etika dalam Kepandaian Buatan (A.I.)

 

AI yang bertanggungjawab merujuk kepada pembangunan dan penggunaan teknologi kecerdasan buatan secara beretika dan berwawasan. Apabila sebuah kerajaan mengambil pendekatan proaktif terhadap AI yang bertanggungjawab sebagai sebahagian daripada dasar pembangunan negara, ianya bermakna kerajaan bersedia memastikan bahawa teknologi AI dibangunkan, dilaksanakan, dan dikendalikan dengan cara yang mengutamakan keadilan, ketelusan, akauntabiliti, dan kesejahteraan rakyatnya.

Elemen-elemen utama dalam dasar AI yang bertanggungjawab dalam konteks pembangunan negara termasuk:

1.    Penggunaan Beretika: Memastikan teknologi AI dibangunkan dan digunakan secara beretika, menghormati hak asasi manusia, privasi, dan mengelakkan amalan diskriminatif.

2.     Ketelusan: Mendorong ketelusan dalam sistem AI, menjelaskan cara keputusan dibuat dan memberikan penjelasan yang mudah difahami kepada rakyat.

3.      Akauntabiliti: Menetapkan mekanisme akauntabiliti apabila sistem AI terlibat dalam membuat keputusan, dengan tanggungjawab yang jelas untuk pembangun, pengendali, dan pengguna.

4.      Inklusiviti: Berusaha untuk inklusiviti dalam pembangunan AI, mengelakkan prasangka, dan memastikan faedah AI disebarkan dengan adil di kalangan masyarakat majmuk.

5.    Pentadbiran Data: Melaksanakan amalan pentadbiran data yang kukuh untuk memastikan pemprosesan data yang bertanggungjawab dan selamat dalam aplikasi AI.

6.   Reka Bentuk Berpaksikan Kemanusiaan: Mengutamakan kesejahteraan dan keselamatan manusia dalam reka bentuk dan pelaksanaan teknologi AI.

7.      Penglibatan Pihak Berkepentingan: Melibatkan pelbagai pihak berkepentingan, termasuk rakyat, pakar industri, dan masyarakat madani, dalam proses pembuatan dasar dan pelaksanaannya.

8.      Pemantauan dan Penilaian Berterusan: Menetapkan mekanisme untuk memantau dan menilai impak dasar AI dari semasa ke semasa, dan membuat penyesuaian jika diperlukan.
