Apparently, (I would not mince my words here) the event was to entertain overseas tourist and the VIPs. So much for the locals .. whom had flocked to Dataran Merdeka to watch the show. After about 40 minutes or so (yes, dapat penat aje and we only managed to catch a glimpse of the event from far far away) we left the area to enjoy a Kg Baru delicacy.. Sate Minang! Lagi baik pi shopping... so guys, herewith some night shots at Kg Baru all taken in blank and white (as opposed to colours) Nikon D40, auto ISO, Nikkor 35mm 1.8G.
Would I attend next year's event? Heck No!
