Lightning fast remedy for Sexual Harassment

Malaysia officially established a special tribunal to hear sexual harassment complaints under the: Anti-Sexual Harassment Act 2022 (Act 840)

Enforced: 08 March 2023

This new tribunal allows victims to seek remedy and redress without needing to go through the lengthy and expensive court process.

Notification if the offender is underage, requiring parents’ attendance
