29. (1) Any person who—

(p) abandons any animal in
circumstances which it is likely to suffer
trauma, pain or suffering by reason of relocation, starvation, thirst, injury,
or illness;

commits an offence and shall, on
conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than twenty thousand ringgit and
not more than one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not
more than three years or both.
Maka, kome yang suka membuang kucing tu suruh depa survive sendiri... fikir-fikirkanlah... takde rasa kesian ke? Ini adalah satu kesalahan yang disenaraikan... ada banyak lagi antaranya takde lesen menguruskan hotel haiwan peliharaan, menendang/mencederakan haiwan dll.
